Preventative maintenance helps keep your system in top running condition and extends the life of the hardest working appliance in your home. A typical plan would include a thorough checkup before hot weather and then again before cold weather to catch any problems or just wear and tear before the seasons change, but we have plans to meet every need.   • WAIVED DIAGNOSTIC FEE WITH APPROVED REPAIR. ($144.00 PER UNIT)

SAME DAY FEE IS APPLIED IF CALL IS BOOKED BEFORE 11:00AM ON WEEKDAY WITH BOOKED DISPATCH BOARD. ER FEE IS NOT DISCOUNTED AND IS APPLIED IF CALL IS BOOKED AFTER 11:00AM ON WEEKDAY. WEEKEND RATE IS NOT DISCOUNTED. HOLIDAY RATE IS NOT DISCOUNTED. ONE FREE BELT CHANGE PER YEAR (SPRING ONLY) ONLY APPLIED IF FILTERS ARE CHANGED BY BROWN & SON. CHECKLIST CAN BE EMAILED WITH REQUEST BY CUSTOMER. LABOR MAY BE CHARGED IN PLACE OF WAIVED DIAGNOSTIC IF UNABLE TO LOCATE ISSUE IN ALLOWED 45 MINUTE TIME FRAME. BROWN & SON RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REVOKE ANY OF THE ABOVE BENEFITS OF CPM PLAN.
